Thank you for Mk.II release.
As far as I have confirmed, all the problems seem to have been fixed except for episode S01E08.
S01E08v2 file still has several troubles in its Video stream.
-Newly

Sorry about that, we "fixed" E08 (and perhaps another episode or two but due to the random nature of the issue those might have turned out fine by pure luck) by simply re-encoding with the same settings and marking it as done but that was before we ultimately discovered the true cause of the issue and have integrated that change into recent projects. We can encode with our new settings and drop a link here but there will not be a v3 rerelease for a very long time or until new content is available for the series (We would much rather apply new encoding settings for greater quality at that point. Preset 4 and CRF 20 for example).
Anyways, stay tuned for a S01E08 v3 DDL link within a week and thanks for the thorough feedback.

We quickly scrubbed through this file to check for dav1d decode errors (none found) and also made sure the A/V didn't desync (different very rare issue with Av1an).

I've played S01E08v2 twice, and cannot see any problems/glitches.
I'm using MPC-HCx64.

We only use MPV, with mpv.net and the Jellyfin Media Player, and can confirm S01E08 v2 has the same issues inherent to Grav1synth on SVT-AV1 encodes without the `--enable-tf 0` option. The issue also causes the video to crash on KrakenFiles as well - which matches our testing with webm embeds. Here is the decode error we see (https://i.slow.pics/9aTUA7OF.png). We're encoding S01E08 v3 with the flag that works around the issue and we'll update soon. It is curious how the no longer maintained MPC-HC is able to overcome the errors as it causes crashes on web-players and massive freezes/artifacts on MPV.

Just checked VLC as well and we see similar errors:
Error parsing frame header
Error parsing OBU data
[050882f8] dav1d decoder error: Decoder feed error -22!

Either way, we'd like to resolve the issue and put this in the past. Thanks for all the data, it may be worth further experimentation in the future, but not today.

We are working on a major overhaul of the entire series with a BDMV source, the great improvements to quality introduced to SVT and the community fork, SVT-AV1-Psy, as well as our very own Normal-Boost Multi-Pass Encoding algorithm.
