And? That's fine as long as you have recent software that supports it and your cpu can hold it up which is the case if not really low power cpu, if its lets say f.e. an 11 year old core i5-3570K you will still have plenty of power to do other things. You know what an encoder does, right? Just specified hardware for specific tasks, and in these cases to speed things up, the cpu is a generall purpose processor after all. But for most stuff cpus are powerfull enough. Then again that's why I said it depends on the resolution (but well, also encoding settings, yet keep it simple).
