The "AV1" in the filename is newer type of encode that some software and hardware can't play. KLite can play it:
http://www.codecguide.com/ But if it stutters and stops your hardware (laptop) isn't up to it.

If you know about AV1, then assume corrupted download and try a different source.

Av1 = Baseline encode, suitable for old device users, nokia n73 n95.

BS, even a lot of newer devices have troubles playing AV1.
