I just downloaded it with Direct and unzipped it using 7-zip with the listed password.  It worked fine, I watched a little of the show.

1. I assume you're using 7-zip and it's up to date?  Winrar or others may not work for this.

If you are using Winrar and want to stick with it, see if updating it helps.

2. If you downloaded it with anything other than Direct (although I wouldn't expect anything else to still be available), it shouldn't need a password.  If you're using a lesser known download manager, maybe that could be a problem.  Try using your browser's dl instead.

3. An error during download is always possible: Delete and try again.  Or compare crc in file name to what you obtain.  I don't think this would generally mess with passwords, but who knows.

That's all I can think of.
