I have no fan site. You, however seem to believe that some place you do not like is the most appropriate topic to discuss here.
Aikatsu Friends fans come here to download episodes, not to be screamed at over some personal grudge against some obscure site.
After this thread was cleaned up, an obvious troll 11 times has brought to our attention to two sites I  was not aware of as being related to Aikatsu. I agree "This drama is getting ridiculous".

I'm not they guy you are asking but, every time they push their fan sites it turns into a shit -show here. Just look at all the deleted comments in this thread and look back at some of the other releases for more examples. It's clearly obvious that several people object to using this site to continually spam their fan sites. It is purely spam and that's why you don't see them do it on Nyaa because they'd get banned.
I somehow doubt you are just a "passer-by".

My suggestion would be for the admin to block all comments on the new Aikatsu release threads like Nyaa does when they have crap like this going on.

Most sub groups have no problem with their work being distributed free to as many people as possible even without credit. Those that do either stop subbing or add a hard subbed tag usually at the beginning or end.
Now the attitude toward those who charge to view sub groups other than their own work has always been a sore point.
Thankfully, the community has bounced back strongly after the great purge by crunchy and others in an attempt to kill off free site competition of the pay to view sub business.

Sad to acknowledge that the pay to view sub crowd is strong enough to drastically alter the life of posted links here. If you fail to download from links here within a week or two, you must wait for a another groups posting, get torrents, or visit streaming sites.
Bounce back is good but the daily struggle remains.

A cheap seedbox is the best solution if you want to download. Those that like to stream usually don't come here.
I've been using a seedbox for a few years now and come here for the torrents.

I use video capture at streaming sites for about a third of my downloads. Usually for series where the loss of quality from mp4 does not effect my viewing experience.
Still, thanks for the tip. Will check it out.

Back to OP post topic question:
Comments section under each fetched anime has a legitimate purpose well beyond simple download, playback, mislabeling, or quality problems.
That would be and has always been a place where fans can discuss the anime fetched.
Now if the feedback section, which covers the whole site, were to focus on only one anime your question would be relevant.

Aikatsu Friends is a prime example of kawaii or cute characters doing cute things. I admit that the term is more commonly used in reference to series like Hello Kitty. I think it may be a stretch to view Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! as a kawaii show in general, but I will agree that the main characters focus on kawaii is the major storyline.

It's not spam when the link leads to the release group this thread is about.  I agree with what the anon at 17:09 said, if you want to talk about the show go to the releaser's site where trolls get removed and show them some support.

Hi, I'm on staff.  I'm not going to try and catch up on this long 57 string.  But I thought I would answer one question from earlier:


"Could AT become an anime blog site?"  

1. I don't believe so, not as we are.  We would have to add strong registration and proper id  before people could write comments so that we could ban those with bad intentions or who misbehave. But that kind of registration would hurt our site as we benefit from people casually pointing out problems or mistakes in our downloads, which is the main purpose of our comments sections.

Until now trolling hasn't been bad at AT because we weren't a blogging site.  But you can't have serious discussions in a place with an open door to the net.  I believe the most effective way of sharing for many of you would be as a Nyaa member where they are more set-up for comments and bans and closing comments sections.  It would be where you would get the most informed eyes for your ideas and opinions.  Or at a topic-specific site somewhere.

2. The AT staff have shown no interest in monitoring blogs.  Until now, I've skipped almost every message with this tag.  I've got other things to do.

3. Is there a sudden shortage of blogs out there?  I don't think so.  If anime needs another blog of some kind, make one.  They're easy.  But making something like AT is not.
