Is this video OK? The file size is more than 1.5x as large as usual (566MB vs. 330MB).

I don't know about the video but i have seen that sort of unexpected filesize for a HS 720p before for a DBS episode. The video was perfectly fine then.

The size changes from the source site they rip it from. Different sites stream at different bit-rate and audio settings.

HorribleSubs can no longer rip the lower quality 2pass encode from CR that they were doing and now have to rip the same higher quality CRF encode that Erai-Raws has been ripping for a while because Crunchyroll recently updated their site and apparently stopped doing the 2-pass encodes completely. So you can expect all future HorribleSubs rips to be bigger in size than what you're use to.
