Why Upscaling video is banned?

I'm not defending the guy because he should've read the rules. That said I downloaded the first episode and it doesn't look bad. He did a pretty good job with the upscale imo. Ive already seen the 2017 series but will download this guys 2003 upscale because it looks decent. If you are so set on 480p or 576p well cool to each their own. I understand it being deleted on nya due to rules and sure this site generally follows what nyaa does but damn some of you whine to much. Why not just download an episode or two before bitching. Had you guys actually tried viewing an episode first it instead of the no 'exceptions whine and bitch first' policy it would've been let through here.  The guy did a decent job but you dumbasses would rather bitch and complain than give some credit to someones work.

Download both the untouched 576p first episode the 1080p episode and no one can say he didnt do a damn good job. the 576p episode is grainy. Its just a shitty upscale. The guy put some work into this but again you guys just like to here yourselves bitch and complain instead of actually checking out the video quality before passing judgement. At times the admin has let things through here deleted on Nyaa.

I don't like going off like that and I shouldn't have but this guy did absolutely incredible work and everyone is burning the guy at the stake and cheering that it got deleted and just assuming that its shitty and no one even took the time to view how good of a job the guy did so yes it pisses me off after seeing how good the upscale is. Some of the best work Ive seen.
