This show is the type of show you would just watch and forget. Simply download any of those available releases out there and be done with it.

No way! We have completely different opinions here.
I don't watch anything in low quality. I'd rather not watch a not-that-good show at all than watch it in LQ.
However this is a nice anime.

That's right. BDs are always better and preferred but in this case there isn't a good quality with acceptable size BDRip available.
I recommend [SallySubs] and [JacobSwaggedUp] for this anime while I will download another 720p BD encode I have in hand.

And I've suggested it since long ago that it's better to have HEVC with CRF=18, 10-bit instead of CRF=20, 12-bit. (To the encoder)
