Yes, this series is subbed. You can generally get info by clicking on the Nyaa link at the top of the page, if you can.

mp4: Yes, but I don't know why you would want to. These are in the mkv format and can be played by most any software. If you need a player, there are several popular here. My favorite is called Potplayer. There is also K-Lite's release and VLC. Look them up in Wikipedia.
