Since this is named V1 I'd wait until they put the final version out.

This is named V1 BECAUSE it eliminates confusion about which version is which. I may make a V2 a year later, I may not. Just get it now. It's a decent release.

The vast majority of encoders don't put out a titled v1, doing so implies you intend to put out another version.
But do what you gotta do, it just looks retarded.

If I saw V1 I'd be looking for V2 or higher then realize I wasted my time hunting for something that isn't there. I agree adding V1 to the title is asinine, but heck he has a V0 and a V1.3. Think I'd just get it from someone else who sounds like they know what they are doing.

Well, I may not know what I'm doing release-wise, but I know what I'm doing with the **audio** since p.much all my releases have modified audio, & i've been doing audio for many years. A release is just to make it watchable/practical, otherwise no-one would know about it.
