Can you try flushing your DNS cache?

Otherwise, you can try the diagnostic steps here under "I can't access Anime Tosho without using a proxy/Tor" (but change animetosho.org to storage.animetosho.org) to see if it helps.

I am another anon, and I completely forgot about adding AT servers to my hosts file after those DNS problems last time.
Since server and hoster changed, naturally its IP address too.
I removed it from hosts file and now it works for me.
