This torrent dates back to 2010. And the version I have is a v2 encoded a month later with a different build of mkvmerge.

That being said, unlike most OVA's , this one is no fun.

I understand what you are explaining in the first line, however I have no idea by what you mean in the second line "this is no fun." Do you mean the quality is not that good? Problems with playback? The story sucks? Can you please expand on that so clueless people like myself can understand what you are trying to communicate.
