I don't know whether it's proper encoding or not, but I've experienced bad encoding from them and , imo, their every release is bloating.
But sure, every one has different opinion.

This isn't so much of a bloat but instead just the usual kind of size for a 1080p file. If you wanna see an actual bloat, check out the coalgirl encode for Ao no Exorcist 1080p version. That shit is a glorious 70gb.
