This is a very decent release. Because of the low quality of the English audio, it should be included only as a second option instead of default.

The criticism from the moozzi2 haters is just envy, The same old story with the fox and the grapes.

If it is dual audio then English should be the default.
People get dual audio for the English track, not the JP.
Also if the English track is bad you need to blame the jackass that re-encoded Ricky Horrors audio track.
Ricky does release audio in  Opus.

It is not 'envy' on the video, most people don't like over filtered and over sharpened video.

While dubbing ruins anime, I've downloaded some dual-audio shows, not for English dub but due to good image quality. The most important thing of an encode is its image quality (while size is important too) and it doesn't matter to me if it's dual or not e.g. [Cleo] Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai and [Cleo] Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai Next.

PS The original source of an encode is very important and defines the final quality.

That is just opinion. I don't think dubbing ruins anime.
I have seen a lot of crappy subbing, so if dubbing ruins it so does subbing.
If you really want to watch anime the way the producers intended it to be watched you need to learn JP because most anime is released first without subs.

That's certainly right. To have the best experience watching anime, one should know Japanese. That's what I'm trying to do ^_^
