Well I have lots of dual audio releases. It being optional or not simply depends on the number of audio tracks included. If it's gonna make the release size unappealing (doubling its size) because there are like 3 dubs with 5.1 variants, I make it separate. If there's just one dub, exceptionally two, it becomes a complete package.
