Medalist's script is written by the same Jukki Hanada who already has Stein's Gate (MAL score 9.07, all time #4), SoraYoriMoi / Antartica, Hibike Euphonium, BokuYaba, Girls Band Cry and circa two dozen more highly rated anime under his belt. It's infinitely more likely that you're wrong versus him creating a crap show...

Stein's Gate was good the first season. went down hill after. The others you mentioned by name sucked. Just because you have a good one under your belt doesn't mean those that follow are good.

WTF is an ENGI show? I don't pay much attention to who or what group makes a show. All I care about is if it is good or not.
I watch anime for the fantasy and not some fake/made up IRL type drama. For that I may as well watch the Hallmark channel.
