It looks like only DSNP has the Arabic subtitles (from what I saw from previous DSNP uploads for this show) and it hasn't been publicly shared yet on Nyaa.. so yeah, either that way, or wait until a softsub version is released. FYI, this is the less shitty quality i could find on those sites, hope it helps..
