I don't see any of those three doing multi audio. Varyg does it sometimes but he doesn't have any particular incentive to continue doing it. It's best to have options. The more there are the better.

Multi-audio releases (multi-subs at times) are spread across hours/days/weeks and are a pain to keep track of. They are very much on the whim of CR and if a show suffers a delay, they have to be delayed the same amount of time.

You'll have a show release on Fridays at 3PM and then the dub releases at 5PM the following day, then perhaps a week or two later, another 3+ dubs in different languages.

Having a choice is nice but there is a lot of effort involved, and it's easy to see why some groups just stick to doing 1 thing, like SubsPlease.
