audio doesnt match with the video and its very laggy. would not recommend.

audio lag is usually a sign of hardware limits.  Ep1 lipsyncs normally for me in both Eng and Japanese audio and the subs, using Potplayer and my hardware.

I recommend trying it with mpv as mpv probably puts the least demands on hardware and may produce better results.  Or use EVR for rendering with few other applications in the background.  Or get an AVC version.  Since this one is intended for Plex, it's probably not a good choice for many.
