Not sure about anyone else but I tried 3 different players and this lags and skips on all of them
The 2gb upload by Dae is better. It also skips and lags around a minute in for a little bit but after that the rest is fine.

It doesn't lag nor skip... that is exactly how that part of the episode was made. It's just some still frames with audio.

Odd how I'm retired and watch hundreds of anime episodes every month and downloaded thousands of anime and video media in general over the past 30 years and yet I don't have a clue if media is skipping and lagging......Odd.

Some players let you see playback statistics to check dropped frame counts, which should be zero if slideshow is artistic intention.
For example in MPC-HC: top menu → View → Statistics.
