Get the bigger version and run it through handbrake yourself.

I recall seeing an MKV of a "BD 720p rip" somewhere on a ddl site. Only thing was that it was 800MB and had Indonesian softsubs, but it's simple enough to swap in English ones. (Handbrake won't hurt it much, especially given that the BD was actually an upscale of the original DVD-quality master anyway.)

The set has 2 DVDs, one for each feature, and a Blu-ray with both of them included. The DVD format is indeed 480p, which you've just listed, but that very image you've just posted shows that the Bluray is 1080p. (But, as I said in my original post, it's upscaled from the source and not a 1080p master.)

Might want to learn to read yourself.

Use MKVToolNix to remux subs.
Or just play it with a player that can use eternal subs
