Just download the mediafire part 1, part 2 and to join them download HJ-split:http://www.hjsplit.org/

Step 1:Open HJSplit
Step 2:Press Join
Step 3:Press Input (Note: make sure your part 1,2,3,.....are in same directory to automatically found)
Step 4:Set the Output Directory
Step 5:Press Start and wait it can take a second depend on your file.
