The original comment was about how large the files/torrent are. People have different connection and storage costs, like metered service for example, and some plans that have huge costs when you exceed the monthly transfer allocation just like some cell phone plans.

It says "Remuxed Video" which may mean the untouched BD video, as in not lossy encoded. If this is a 1985 show, the BD may be more about marketing than quality.
