Just 480 resized to 720.

There is a type of DVD with a resolution higher than 480p. This may be that, since it doesn't look as horrible and as much a waste of time and space as most of HQR's upscales. Hatsuyiki-Subs previously released a 576p and a 480p of this show.

(Nyaa rule due to E-DVD: DVD source video is limited to 1024x576p.)
