Thanks Anons Alliance.
note: This group uses honorifics and has op & ed song subs.

Nice troll for the second time. Are you the uploader who just put out v2?
I'll find better subs than this group.

12/10/2018 20:17 — Anonymous

I downloaded six different groups versions of episode 1 and only preferred BiliBili over this one. This might no be everyones fave version, but it is not even remotely related to what this community would call a troll sub.

Had no problems with the v1 playing on MPC-HC. Added the v2 patch, but have not watched both versions to find the changes.

Big thank you. Nice to know there are those who work to share with others for the love of anime alone.

12/10/2018 20:03 — Anonymous

Sorry you find adding a 345KB correction to a file so impossibly difficult to accomplish that you consider it trolling.

13/10/2018 01:26 — Anonymous

Thanks. Horriblesubs is usually my goto, they really fucked up on index, I think they really dropped the ball (Too big to fail? I think not). Its time to support the small groups, Horriblesubs can have a future of releasing anime for the filthy casuals and the lolicons. Fuck 'em.

13/10/2018 01:36 — Anonymous

Spoken like a weeb, take the next step and learn Japanese so you can watch the raws like a purist should.

13/10/2018 01:42 — Anonymous

Why do you watch anime? Just a random thing you picked up from friends? Perhaps you just like the loli? Seriously, the ridiculous 'anti-weeb; drama from some (((sections))) of the anime community is a fucking stupid arse joke.

13/10/2018 01:43 — Anonymous

Hello Weebman. Still on the rampage against those who will not slavishly march to your expected group think I see.

While I think they fetched the wrong subs to share where Index is concerned, I have to admit that they are usually better than this.
Still, overall they are my hero for sticking it to the pay to view creeps, who worked so hard to kill off the rich fan sub community that they viewed as just competitors who cheated by giving subs to everyone free of charge.

13/10/2018 01:53 — Anonymous

To be fair, Horriblesubs has honorifics maybe like 70% of their releases, but anglosizing honorifics on Index is a bad one for sure

HorribleSubs doesn't modify subs. It's an automated bot that rips Crunchyroll, Amazon, HIDIVE, etc... and simply restyles to their choice of font.

Don't fall for the joke that HS is a fansub, lol. They use to say on their site that they're only a rip group, but so many dumb "anime fans" seriously thought they were subbing every single show, so they decided to play along with the joke, then even more people fell for it. Shoot a recent Twitter poll showed that nearly 66% of HorribleSubs Twitter fanbase thinks they do their own fansubs. ~_~

When the biggest portion of "anime downloaders" don't even comprehend that HS isn't a fansub, it's pretty clear they're not the voice of reason as to what should or shouldn't be in subtitles.

As to the claim that "pay to view streams" like Crunchyroll killed fansubbing. Maybe in a way, but I'd argue groups like HorribleSubs had just as much, if not a much larger impact, on the death of fansubs. Streaming services filled the niche of those looking for legal stream options. HorribleSubs offered downloads for those that prefer downloads over streaming, and their bot could dish them out rapidly and the average anime fan would eat it up. When HS gets like 20K downloads, and a fansub that spend days working on TLC, Edit, Proper Timing, KFX, and nice TS end up releasing nearly a week later to only a couple 100 downloads; it makes groups feel their existence is kind of meaningless and motivation quickly dies out. Add the fact that the anime community and anonymous commenters are typically toxic af, and suddenly fansubbers just don't give a shit anymore.

13/10/2018 02:24 — Anonymous

Some good points there. I lean toward Horrible being a positive influence overall. Even the free streaming sites rely on them. Yes there are downsides and I hope my glass half full view is justified.
I view the re-growth of the free subs fanbase along with debates over things such as pay sub translations (ripped or not) are positive signs that the fan sub community has a future.

13/10/2018 02:29 — Anonymous

But what can the average anime watcher do to improve the situation? Is it now just a case of watching watever rip HS puts out on airday, then finding a better version later, and maybe making sure the groups that do the better versions get some glory / appreciation / donations etc?

13/10/2018 06:01 — Anonymous

Trolls & Radicals commenters are killing Fansubbers

13/10/2018 07:06 — Anonymous: "Anon"

I'd say it's more that real life has demanded more of their time to earn a living or enjoy life while subbing is time consuming so it gets set aside after awhile.

13/10/2018 17:51 — Anonymous

This guy understands the situation. "fansubbing is dead" LMFAO

13/10/2018 01:43 — Anonymous

geeks calling out other anime fans as ''weebs'' The irony is just too fucking funny

13/10/2018 01:47 — Anonymous

Its like they're expecting kudos from (((someone))) I mean they're writing anti weeb drama on an anime site? FFS. ""I'm into anime, but, but, I'm not a weeb, I hate Japan and Japanese things, I'm not a weeb! I'm NORMAL!!!""

13/10/2018 02:00 — Anonymous

Do you think the anti-weeb crowd is a bunch of (((jews)))? You are clueless.
I love Greek food but that doesn't mean I have to embrace everything Greek, it's the same with anime.

13/10/2018 02:05 — Anonymous

Everything is ok. You are normal. Relax. You are popular. Everyone likes you. Relax. You are normal. You are not a weeb. Everthing is ok.

But does he like Greek food?

13/10/2018 02:15 — Anonymous

No way! That means (((Reptilians))) surely? :o

13/10/2018 01:53 — Anonymous

A geek arguing over the meaning of a term only a geek would understand, with other geeks to prove he is not a geek? Weebman has no clue what a real life is or where to find one, so telling him to get one is a waste of time.

OH MY ACHING HEAD

13/10/2018 01:59 — Anonymous

Get A life? Perhaps you are at an aftershow party in Paris or London? and you're having a break from the supermodels, drugs, champagne and bangin' tunes, to wade in on the infamous index-honorifics debacle on animetosho? I know right? ...

13/10/2018 02:04 — Anonymous

Thanks, Mr Ron Obvious, for your highly enlightening image of a real life.

Did Ron's comment make you feel lonely?

We missed you Weebman
