I think the parent poster was referring to Golumpa's site, which, under the "Contact Us" section states:

Any issues with current releases or just want to ask a question, why not email us as that will give you the fastest response.

However doesn't supply an email address or any obvious way to email them.

Perhaps try using the IRC option to get in touch? There's also a Discord option if you click on the AniDex link above.
