animetosho prefers to fetch every single mini encode out there, so there are no resources left for fetching a good release like this one

Just as a data point, the sum of all other releases is actually less than the size of this one.

Unfortunately, large sized releases (such as BD remuxes) tend to be overwhelmingly large, even if compared to the sum of everything else.
I get that there's a small audience that prefer these sorts of releases, but I've run the numbers in the past and don't see any workable solution with the resources available, even if everything else was dropped.
