This 60fps looks like eye cancer how can anybody watch this with all the blur, from who you get this does not know how to properly do encoding at all.

im sorry your having trouble with this. The files play perfectly on my 72" OLED and potplayer look better to me than to the masters. All I can do is make sure masters match reencodes and these at least appear to be as good or better side by side on 72". Blue Silver Sect originals certainly arent cancerous and neither are these even slightly cancerous imho.
