Subs absent for first 90 seconds or so when they appear they're out of sync, looks to be the same across all sub groups

Requesting V2 onegai shimasu!

For those unable to wait on any possible V2 mkv the anime streaming sites seem to be using a version that is intact, it has a 'Bandai Visual' splashscreen at the start, I suspect it was the removal of the splash by the western paystream sites (crunchy?) that caused the faults in the subs
