What autistic shitflinging in this thread, anyway, as someone that knows exactly what you are talking about, I'll give you a proper answer:
CR has been late for "Jingai Kyoushitsu no Ningengirai Kyoushi - 07", "SI-VIS - The Sound of Heroes - 20", "Yuusha no Kuzu - 07", and after a day or two of not having english subs on the show at all, they copied (ttml conversion, CCC) the amazon subs, these subs lack any styling.
Sometimes they fix them, and in those cases SP is committed to re-ripping everything and posting v2s, which will happen here too, if only CR fixes the episodes.
CR sometimes fixes them, but other times they do not. If you look at Nyaa, SP has done a number of batches where CR hasn't fixed a few lone converted episodes for over 4 months, enough for SP to give up and just do a batch even without a proper fix.
If you care about this and have a CR account, the only real way to get CR to fix these is to either complain or wait a week or two to see if they will fix it. Sometimes they fix them in days, weeks to never. This all started after CR had fired a lot of employees, likely many typesetters among them. Currently many shows are getting proper typesetting after some publish backlash, but they still rely on these conversions using the Amazon version when their staff doesn't do an episode in time.
