Hey, this is not episode 5, it's episode 4. This season started from 38.

It says Episode 4 (of 13) right in the series section at the top of the page.

Thanks for the info.
It looks like AniDB lists the second season as having 12 episodes. The numbering above seems to label the OVA as the 13th, but AniDB lists this separately and not as a sequel to S2.
The episode number -> season mapping traverses sequels to figure out where it goes, but in this case, it'll always be off by one due to how the OVA is labelled here. Not sure how to fix unfortunately :(
