Ah, this is the US release version since all credit is replaced with English one.
Generally I prefer its original version, in this case I mean Japanese version so it's kind of a shame.

Unfortunately this anime is kinda unknown although it's actually good.
So I hope some encoder revitalizes the Japanese version in the near future with the same quality of this release.
I also recommend its sound tracks, music used in the anime is good enough.
Some releases may include the sound track CD, I guess.

Finally some screenshots without having to download myself.
In terms of bitrate the quality looks okay, but the upscale part is bad, with wavy lines and hallucinated details.
I'd prefer old 480p shows as is even on my over 1000p screen.

It's still starved, but it's not like any amount of bitrate can save this mess of an upscale.

Well, DVD remux is surely better but as AT policy it woul't be fetched even though the total size of such release is not large as
that of recent anime releases. I guess around 20GB or so?

As for upscale part, I agree.
Upscaling with player (PC) would give better result in general, I think.
