i cannot bypass the dl limit of mega (without installing megadownloader and stream it to dl using idm, i avoid installing it)). other links at jheberg are already expired.

If you're searching for a lightweight and open source alternative to handle MEGA stuff there are megatools:
https://megatools.megous.com/ (Binary packages for Windows just need to be unpacked, no install).
Never saw something like a dl limit with these.

There are tutorials, but they're about more complex tasks like managing files in a mega account or backup usage.
Download is straight forward and there's no need for command line options in very BASIC usage. Just open the command shell (Cmd.exe in Windows) and use this:
megadl "insert-mega-link-here" "insert-another-mega-link-here" ... and so on with more links
This will download the file (or the files in case of a folder link) into the current local folder and continue with next link. Don't forget the quotation marks around the links. The links can be copied and pasted.
