Tbh, this group encodes is good for reencoding, they release the episode in a fast paced. Only problem is that the subtitle are (probably) raws, multiple signs appearing at the same time is hard to read. I want to know if there is some good webapp or software that can be used to edit subtitle

The standard fansub editing tool is aegisub. You'll find the reference in github and won't enjoy using it.

The release group erai-raws used to include some basic subtitle editing in their releases, but I don't know if they still do.

I think you're asking for human-level typesetting from a program. There is one that can match subtitle timing from one correctly timed audio source to another audio source called sushi, but that won't help you.

Here's the procedure for editing subs:

mkv is a container file with a video file, an audio file and a subtitles file inside it. You'll need to use mkvtoolnix to extract the subs file, edit it with aegisubs, then re-insert the new subs file back into the mkv.
