During the combat scenes the 60 FPS is really nice to watch, but when people talk it's oddly nauseating to me, which is unfortunate.

You can'y magically create new frames; so basically they just bduplicate every frame pointlessly and then blend which adds nothing and actually ends up with worse results as the blended frames are fugly.
