That's the [J-ANI] tagged account removed by Nyaa and deleted from here. It is the exact same troll sub posted here as [RYO] also known as spring anime 2018 hd.
This time, as the screen shot shows, they were pretending to be [MTBB]. Fake [Ract] and now fake [MTBB] accounts show that they want more than just tricking you into downloading their sub-par releases, they also are trying to destroy the reputations of real hard working members of the fansub community.
