they're mini-encodes re-encoded from a video source that was already encoded. Of course the quality is not going to be good. It's for a certain group of people who care more about size than quality.

Just dl, watched an ep.  Very nice, no complaints.

350mb/ep is high to call it a "mini" which are more in the 100mb to 200mb range.  Encodes of encodes are fine overall reduction from raw is what matters.

It is not "stucking", at all, whatever toulee meant, dead in prison back in 2018 for all we know.

Point is, I checked it out for myself, which is what people should always do.  Opinions here are often just prejudice and barf.

(Terrible series though, not worth more disk space to me.)

crf20 and less bitrate than a regular 720p encode. yep definitely a mini.

Bit rate is also a factor of the content not just the crf setting. I've seen crf-20 produce 600mb and higher on some shows while crf-18 is barely over 300mb on another show. I'd say this is above a mini and many others would agree.
