opps, I mean 'invalid token', whatever that means.  Other "Direct" links have created an "Invalid request" page for me before.  I thought they were just deleted.

When the direct links used to be UpToBox, they weren't regionally available everywhere.  Don't know if this issue is related.

Encrypted links are unique for everyone, so copy and paste won't work there. But if you visit the page specified in the password, you'll get your own link.

I haven't found a "Direct" link on this site that works for me yet.  Is it a cookies permission thing, or?

It's IP based. Are you trying to send the link to another device or something? If you are, try accessing the page from the same device/network that you hope to download from.

Edit: I have just found an issue, which may affect you. Perhaps give it another go.

Tried again, no change.  Just clicking "Direct" button, getting "Invalid request" response.  Not sending link anywhere.  Nothing peculiar about my set-up that I know of.  Firefox, no proxies or anything.

Speaking of proxies, I just tried going to AT via a proxy and the "Direct" link went so far as to try and download a 7z file on my drive but it was zero bytes.

I wonder whether the proxy is just blocking the download?
