Huh again the whole series?

This is complete available for download.

I see it has a higher resolution. Hmmm 2,6 GB for one episode.

  Nope.
  The Resolution is actually the same (1080p)
  But the Bitrate and, because of that, the Visual Quality is bound to be (probably) way better.
  The Japanese sound quality is (probably) better too (since it's in Lossless FLAC).

  This is all possible because this seems to made from a Japanese Blu-Ray Rip source (with the English Dub merged from the Web/Streaming source).

  Note:  The "probably"s up there in the 1st paragraph are there because, sometimes, You can hardly (or at all) notice any difference, either in Audio or Video Quality, unless they actually alter/Fix stuff for the Blu-Ray Releases.

UCCUSS uses some shitty filtering, so most of the times their encodes are inferior to source.
