What's the anidb entry for this anime? I can't find any info about it.

I'm surprised I never heard of it, especially considering it has even more episodes than One Piece and Detective Conan COMBINED.

Episodes are only 2 minutes long, I guess that explains why there are so many. Not sure why Over-Time is subbing them randomly though.

It's a show-within-a-show from Ousama Sentai King-ohger. It doesn't really have that many episodes.

If no one can find the raws, then no one can translate them. I remember a similar situation with Crayon Shin-chan series, BuriBuri only translated some random episodes (969, 970, 996, 1052, 1142) because it's the only raws they could find. Since they finally found the raws now, they're now translating the episodes in order.
