They've changed to 12-bit HEVC for all their releases and recommend MPC-BE for playback. It doesn't work with the current releases of VLC.

MPC-HC 32bit and 64bit worked too with newest LAV decoder.

So that was the problem. Even better, CCCP has recently released an update including the newer LAV and it works for this.

Unfortunately, "green screen" probably means the user has VLC. I have no info on when VLC will update to cover this.

VLC already worked in Ubuntu with libde265. Tested this episode just now.
In Windows, I don't know any build which includes that lib.

Edit: It's not perfect in Ubuntu as in Windows, not sure because my Ubuntu is still 12.04 or it's because virtual OS using Virtualbox, or the implementation itself is still not complete.
