It's a really bad group that has some of the worst video and subtitle quality known to man. It's run by some pathetic senile commie named Hylozoic, as you can see above. They also release under KingMenu and DOMO. I would avoid literally any release of theirs if you even remotely care about quality.

The "Ass Rimming Russians" group has been around for years, as has their cold war approach to translating many outdated anime series that hardly ever get finished.
Kingmenu is another one as well.
