It is anime only if it was made by japanese and for a predominantly japanese audience. Thus, Samurai Pizza Cats, Carrot and Turnip or Obsolete are not anime. (Dons fire-proof coat and runs for Shelter...)

Again with that self proclaimed original crap Netlix puts that everywhere like it actually animated the whole series they should be banned from anime permanently. It's disrespectful to the animators and the studio that worked on it Funi and CR don't do that s*** and now YT has started hope this is the first and the last time. Really Evangelion a Netlifx original or 7 seeds that was based on the Manga before streaming even existed wtf makes it your original is should say streamed by or just put a logo down.

Man, I think you have really misunderstood the meaning of YouTube Original or Netflix Original o.0 It doesn't mean YouTube or Netflix have created or animated those shows, just as it doesn't mean that they have written the plots and scenarios.
YouTube Original or Netflix Original just means that those shows (anime, series, movies or animations) are produced by or first shown in those platforms.
For example this anime (Obsolete) is created by a Japanese studio and produced by Bandai Namco and is a YouTube Original just because the first place it was aired was YouTube. That's it. It doesn't mean that YouTube has created and animated it.

exactly then it should say STREAMED by YT or NTFLX not ORIGINAL or just put their logo down it's misleading can you imagine something you worked on appearing on another platform and they write this original like wtf dude. Why would anyone put that on just because it's shown on their platform? if it's advertisment it's a dumb way to do it.
