Just a heads up but this release has fake 320kbps 6ch audio re-encoded from lossy 2ch 128kbps source.

It has nothing to do with HEVC. There is plenty of AVC that is encoded using 'shit' settings.
There are also plenty of AVC releases that are re-encodes.
BTW, 4K is released on HEVC BD's, you must hate 4K movies etc.

There are at least 4 animes released in HEVC 4k with 'Your Name' probably being the best known.
More 4K HEVC anime will be coming out as the months go by. Get use to it, HEVC isn't going away anytime soon and neither will 10 bit encodes.
Anime can be any format the encoder decides to use.
If you don't like HEVC how about making and releasing your own AVC encodes? Just make sure not to use crappy settings.
