Almost if not all Eps the subs are out of sync (no OP & ED lyrics TL in this release) and it looks like a lot of signs are in the wrong positions
Eg: Ep 03 Preview part. Clearly no real care was given to this release. What a shame.

It's not my PC as I can play 4k HEVC 10bit with out a prob, (Intel Core i7-9700K 8-Core 32GB RAM) and I did look at the sub track (Ep 03) via Aegisub-master-r89031-x64-g1042226-DepCtrl-v0.6.3. I do and release anime myself and have done for many years. Here is some pics (taking in Aegisub) of what I mean:
