Well, mysterious. This is just a wild speculation, but the torrent may have met the criteria of the skipping policy...
That said, you can get the files using XDCC and (if needed) extract attachments with mkvtoolnix.

Probably skipped because someone else provided ddl for it and even ddl for the attachments, so it was not unneeded at the time. AT's links for the mkvs would have been long dead by now anyways so it is a moot question.
