Q 22/12/2015 20:57 — MieMie-tan

Hey, relax. It's just ME.

Could AT fetch this one please.

http://www.nyaa.se/?page=view&tid=766389

It's listed as raw, but it has english sub too.

Thanks in advance.

I don't know, but from past discussions it seems the system not only downloads by category (English-Translated, Raw) but also updates by category. So it would keep trying to delete it.

Just to give you a sense of what may be involved. It would probably be better to get Nyaa to correct the category listing, if it's wrong.

"It would probably be better to get Nyaa to correct the category listing, if it's wrong."

How?

looking at this users list of torrents, this is the only one categorized as raw that mentions Eng Subs in title, to make your case.

Hey, relax. It's just ME.

Yes, but smaller filesize (1739.6 MiB) and a green status.

Usually raws, but since this time with english sub muxed in, i want this one.

Just to mention, the guy you're after when he did subs before they were mp4 softsubs. Kind of an oddity.

As for green "trusted" status: For executable files, source and trust are everything. Running a bad exe could place all your online banking and such at risk, or kill your system.

For media files like mp3, mp4, mkv, avi etc. there are no risks other than a wasted download if you don't like what you get or if it didn't run.

I personally don't pay any attention to Nyaa status.

23/12/2015 03:31 — Anonymous

If you know this "trusted" thing, then how do groups (subbers) get the status?

Nyahaha! #FelineYogi@irc.rizon.net

Someone care enough to flag their torrents for trusted status or care enough to go to #nyaatorrents to apply for it. The uploader should at least have 20 torrents under their account.

I have 105 torrents under my account and not trusted since no one cares.

Guidelines are apparently informal or not listed, as far as I know. People have said things like after you've listed a certain number of torrents, like 100. But probably, it's more of an "old boys" network. Hanging out in certain irc channels and working with the right people.

If you think "trusted" has anything to do with quality, Horrible is trusted but provides auto-production encodes with no quality control checks to speak of. Sometimes, the name of the show is wrong, or audio problems or no subs.

Status changed to English-Translated. Congrats to MieMie-tan. Find it here:
