Episode 12.5 was not included in the DVD or BD releases, so it would have had to be a fansub of the broadcast back in 2005, and I'm not aware of any fansub of the broadcast, so nowhere that I know of.

And yes, 25/26 are the unaired specials only included in DVD/BD release.

BTW, Ep. 23 doesn't have full subs. Who, like me, prefers jpn audio with subs, needs to pickup the fixed file.

just use the direct links. i finished downloading this series a couple of weeks ago using that and also the season 2. but be patient that there are times that direct links have problems that you need to go back to dl it. just be patient
