Try going to http://isup.me/yukinoshita.eu to see if it's a server-sided problem or not. I have no problem on my end connecting.

You may notice that it takes some time to load the /ddl/ directory because it contains a large sum of files and every time the ddl directory is requested PHP is invoked and scans the directory (and subdirectories) for all files and then it creates the list of files you see. It takes a while to calculate all that information and send that to you. So just give the page a minute and then it will load.
I plan on changing the website again though, I plan on using h5ai instead. It's pretty and feature rich!

Since h5ai supports custom headers/footers for individual folders, it will allow me to notify users which folders (not individual files) will be deleted in the coming days, this will be very handy once I automate the deletion process! (which will happen soon since I am nearing the limit). Looks like files will remain on the server for about 5-6 weeks. I'll probably switch to h5ai tomorrow.
