It seems that something happened during the upload to Mega. I've downloaded the file twice and got both times the same checksums which differ from the original file:

The link above is a copy of the mega link address provided by fong, the author of this torrent on the Nyaa page for this torrent. Since then, this torrent listing has changed to grey-field (a private torrent, not a public release) and fong refers to this version as temporary while he waits for recently released US version subs.

It's just a guess, but fong may have updated the version he loaded onto mega, hence the difference in size and crc from what came to AT. I expect he'll eventually create a new torrent for his official v2. What's on mega now might be another interim version.
